Super sharp and beautiful blade that won't break the budget

Bought this knife as a gift for a friend who has just started taking cooking classes. He used to use typical Walmart knives. To be honest I hate going to his house and asking him to use the knife because they were all so boring. Personally, I have used various high quality German and Japanese steels. They are quite comparable at 1/3 or even 1/4 the price. A great product at an even better price!
