We bought this bike for our son's 7th birthday. We liked this one because it came with training wheels and we liked the idea of teaching him how to use the handbrake with the pedal brake as the main brake. The bike itself is pretty cute. My son is very happy. What put me off another star was that during assembly we noticed that the front wheel safety discs were missing and were not supplied with the bike. I contacted Joystar and they said they don't have them in the US. They said they would have to order multiple pieces and that shipping from China would take about a month. This is making me a little frustrated because I can find hundreds of these on Revain to get tomorrow. Another thing that worries me about all of this is that if you're completely running out of those parts in the US, why are you shipping the bikes knowing those parts aren't in the box? It doesn't matter, it's not the part that makes the bike unwieldy, my son can still ride it. It's just frustrating that they went away in the first place and the answer is to send us some of them which will take a month to get them! At least they were responsive and understood my frustration, hence the 3 stars.
