Review on Chemical Guys ACC_326 Ultimate Connects by Keith Martin

I was SO frustrated because I waited a week to clean my new car with a foam gun to avoid scratches. I plugged it in and more water came out of the connector than out of the nozzle. After washing the car the old-fashioned way with soapy water and two buckets, my wife found an O-ring in the driveway. I figured that might be why the foam gun was leaking, so I inspected and saw the o-ring groove. Installed, all repaired, but the O-ring comes out again. I need replacement O-rings. Very disappointed with the design due to this issue. The Chem guys sent flat washers instead of O-rings. I called them and they said they would send me the whole pen if I just needed 0 rings. The O-ring will be lost again when it pops out. They don't know the size so I can't order it anywhere else online. BAD DESIGN! UPDATE: Now the recoil spring doesn't stop the water flow when I let go of the handle. I've tried calling Chemical Guys and every time I've tried, I get the message "Your call could not be completed due to network problems".
