The drip tray is too small, even a small pack of bacon can't get through without spilling over the counter. The heater is also very small, it is enough for half a slice of bacon or sausages, almost everything else is not suitable. The numbers on the controller wear out VERY quickly, I keep mine in a drawer and it's only really touched when used after the pan has been used. the digits on the dial have been completely erased about 12 times, the controller also has no embossing or engraving, once they're gone, they're gone, draw the temperature setting marks on them yourself before they're completely erased! The pan is good nonetheless, decent size, the cooking surface seems to hold up well, the heat is fairly even across the surface, too bad that's the only good thing about a well made pan. For Black&Decker: Ditch the heating pan it's useless in this configuration and make the drip pan bigger, engrave or engrave numbers on the knob and it would be 5 stars all over the place, without all that it's just another pan I really don't like using it for anything other than pancakes.
