Review on Blackstone 1813 Tabletop Griddle Stainless by Charles Barlow

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Now I can work at the Krusty Krab!

I've wanted a frying pan for a long time. When I was young I worked in a pizzeria and gained a lot of experience cooking with a griddle. it never seemed to heat evenly on my electric range. Well I bought one of these on Saturday and received it on Monday. Isn't the Prime Minister amazing? I seasoned it as shown in many videos online, made a bunch of bacon (for seasoning and eating) and then made a burger steak with fried onions as well as fried asparagus the first night. Let me tell you that both dishes turned out great! The next day I made an amazing breakfast of hash browns, eggs and bacon. Nothing stuck, although I ran out of propane halfway through it worked out fine. For lunch I made some cheesy steaks that not only compete here in southern Tennessee, they destroy everything. Be sure to buy one of these, you'll learn how to spice it up. Also, I use a 20lb propane tank and bought an adapter not knowing the skillet was included. Very easy to set up, very easy to cook, very easy to take apart and store. All in all I am 1000% satisfied with my purchase. If anyone has any questions, please ask. EDIT: I use this pan almost daily. This is my favorite cooking item. I've cooked breakfast (bacon, eggs, pancakes, hash browns) and nothing burns. I did Rubens. Last night I fried Italian sausages with onions and green peppers. I've even made Chinese fried rice - eggs, chicken and all that. Ideal.
