Deformed pan top, will not work with propane hose

Grilled lid is deformed and does not fit making it very difficult to keep oil on top without spilling. Deformed to allow eggs and other items to flow sideways and backwards and into the drip. Does not work well with a BBQ propane tank hose adapter, will not burn and/or have a very low flame even on high heat. One of the highlights is that it works well with small flashlight propane tanks, fries things like hamburgers and bacon, and is easy to clean.

Bad customer service.

I bought a 22 inch skillet that warped after a few uses. The pan oscillates up and down when in use. I contacted Blackstone after a few emails, almost 3 months later they got back to me. After providing the photos I was told it was the smallest deformation they had ever seen. Try to get a picture of the fault in this pan, hard to tell but she could tell from the photos. Rude and unprofessional. They said to put some washers underneath. This pan warped within 2 weeks of use, not 2 years which…

You can use it for every meal!

I bought it for a camper, but now I use it a lot at home. It's great for breakfast, on everything from pancakes to bacon to sausages and even eggs (if you quickly remove the eggs from the grease separator the first time you pour). I've made toasted sandwiches and quesadillas with it (a hit on a winter hike). For dinner, it's great in fajitas or smash burgers (see, once you've made a Guga Foods smash burger, there's no other way to make it). Clean up is easy if you season it right. I just turn…

Came with broken regulator and terrible customer service

Regulator fitting 1lb cans to a poorly threaded frying pan cam. Tanks are not connected. Now I have a $120 headache. Hooray. Hopefully their customer service department is better than their quality assurance department. And I really wanted to use this thing. it looks cool But cool, maybe I'll do the packing and shipping! Cute! UPDATE: Blackstone customer support was powerless. I use that expression because they just couldn't help me. They don't stock a replacement part, nor do they have any…

Now I can work at the Krusty Krab!

I've wanted a frying pan for a long time. When I was young I worked in a pizzeria and gained a lot of experience cooking with a griddle. it never seemed to heat evenly on my electric range. Well I bought one of these on Saturday and received it on Monday. Isn't the Prime Minister amazing? I seasoned it as shown in many videos online, made a bunch of bacon (for seasoning and eating) and then made a burger steak with fried onions as well as fried asparagus the first night. Let me tell you that…

Love it. Cooks and looks great.

I used to work in the kitchen and have always liked the pan's ease of use for cooking, but I never thought of buying one for my home. Ultimately, targeted advertising drew me to this product so much that when it went on sale I decided to go for the 22" version. When this pan arrived I thought I made a mistake and bought the 17" version and it almost had to send it back as the box seemed so big and heavy but I'm so glad I didn't, anything else would be too much for me as I rarely have cooked for

I bought a 22" pan on March 14th and have used it on 4 different camping trips. When I bought it, I also bought a 16 ounce bottle of Barlean Fresh Flaxseed Oil and followed the TEA seasoning directions with this product (5 "heat cycles" and "coatings" of flaxseed oil so it burns off every time and with quit smoking). . ). The first meal we cooked with this pan was the only successful meal I've made with it on this trip. Literally every piece of food I put on it sticks to the point where it has…
