Review on Blackstone 1813 Tabletop Griddle Stainless by Dave Sidhu

Regulator fitting 1lb cans to a poorly threaded frying pan cam. Tanks are not connected. Now I have a $120 headache. Hooray. Hopefully their customer service department is better than their quality assurance department. And I really wanted to use this thing. it looks cool But cool, maybe I'll do the packing and shipping! Cute! UPDATE: Blackstone customer support was powerless. I use that expression because they just couldn't help me. They don't stock a replacement part, nor do they have any other pans to open to replace my broken regulator. Apparently they are waiting for a package from China. They experience more success than they can handle. Hooray! However, I'm still not myself. Now I have to repackage this big, heavy pan, take it to the nearest UPS store and wait a WEEK for my Revain replacement. Wonderful. I'm the main member and it might take a week to replace it. My apologies to all the delicious and expensive meats I bought to spice up and enjoy the grill. You will all freeze to death and thus lose your taste. Fiction. Oh wait Blackstone support that they can place an order for this item and it might be here IN A FEW WEEKS. Wow. Can't wait to use what otherwise seems to be an amazing pan. I wonder how long it will really take. I'll update again with a photo.
