Review on Blackstone 1813 Tabletop Griddle Stainless by Adam Webbie

I bought a 22 inch skillet that warped after a few uses. The pan oscillates up and down when in use. I contacted Blackstone after a few emails, almost 3 months later they got back to me. After providing the photos I was told it was the smallest deformation they had ever seen. Try to get a picture of the fault in this pan, hard to tell but she could tell from the photos. Rude and unprofessional. They said to put some washers underneath. This pan warped within 2 weeks of use, not 2 years which tells me they are not interested in standing behind these products.
