Too small. I wear the middle one in every other helmet I own but this one is tight. Also, the tension in my back tends to rub against the back of my head and even bump against my head when I look to the left. I was able to rearrange the pads to minimize irritation. I suggest you only consider helmets with MIPS! UPDATE: (10/11/20). When the seller read my review, he immediately contacted me via email. They offered a free replacement for a larger size. The new helmet arrived today and fits comfortably. I appreciate companies that step forward to fix things. Thank you!
