Review on Courtyard by Jason Regalado

I liked how easy it was to set up and use. It is very user friendly. The software seems to work well when there are a lot of people online. That does not always happen. There is no way to keep track of who has read what posts in forums. When you post something, someone may have already posted the same thing. When that happens, you don't know if they read it and replied or not. You can only see who responded. For example, we had a problem with our water heater. We found out that it would freeze occasionally and shut off. It wasn't the best customer service because it took several days to get a response from them. But I did find out that my water heater needed a new thermostat. We were able to replace it ourselves after getting advice from their support team.
