Courtyard Review

I like how easy it is to utilize this site in order to make my church more efficient! The customer service has been amazing as well--I had questions about what features were available before we started using them but they helped us out very quickly when we needed answers! We have used other sites such as MeetUp which was extremely complicated so i am excitedly waiting until our membership rolls up. There are not many things i dislike at all because of its ease of use and simplicity (i guess?).

I liked how easy it was to set up and use. It is very user friendly. The software seems to work well when there are a lot of people online. That does not always happen. There is no way to keep track of who has read what posts in forums. When you post something, someone may have already posted the same thing. When that happens, you don't know if they read it and replied or not. You can only see who responded. For example, we had a problem with our water heater. We found out that it would freeze

It has been very instrumental in our small congregation. We are able to keep up-to-date profiles and photos of all members. Even with a small church, it is a great tool. The customer service support is also top notch! There really is nothing I dislike about this site! It is easy to use and navigate, which is important when many people are using the same system. The product has a lot of different features that enable groups to share information and stay connected. It is easy to edit and change content. It is also easy to create user accounts to add content and keep things organized. There are times when the software is slow to load, which makes it difficult to add content. I liked how easy it was to set up my page! There were so many ways you could customize different aspects of what people are looking at/seeing when they visit (such as photos). That being said - there is no way to change out text once someone has visited in order not have them see outdated info about me if things changed since then!! I love how easy it is to add an event. I also like that you can create multiple pages for each event. The only thing that I dislike is that sometimes I have to refresh my page to see changes in the date of the event. This makes it difficult to schedule events if you are working off of a phone app. There is nothing that I dislike about this software.
