Review on Courtyard by Cris Drew

It has been very instrumental in our small congregation. We are able to keep up-to-date profiles and photos of all members. Even with a small church, it is a great tool. The customer service support is also top notch! There really is nothing I dislike about this site! It is easy to use and navigate, which is important when many people are using the same system. My only suggestion would be to have some more sections available, so that we could create more events. However, it has solved the problem of not being able to find names and pictures of parishioners quickly! Also, since we now have an accurate roster, mass planning goes much smoother. Plus, we no longer run into problems trying to figure out who should receive communion during the liturgy if there are too many people. I love the ability to have all of my contacts in one place! I also like that it is easy to edit/update/delete/add people to my contacts list. I wish there was an easier way to sort my contacts by last name instead of first name. If you want to be able to update contacts from anywhere in the world this is the program to use. I am able to update all of our contacts in a matter of minutes.
