Hatortempt 11lbs Rodent's favorite treat - all pros and cons about this

Everyone wants to treat their pet to something delicious, and I am no exception. After learning that our hamster was not getting enough protein from regular food, I purchased "Little one" mealworms. I warn you right away that itโ€™s better for the faint of heart not to look at photos of worms))) Such worms are sold in a plastic jar with a screw-on lid, it is convenient to use it in the future for another type of food. When you open the jar, you can smell a pungent smell, but quite tolerable. Here they are beauties. Our Tomka is crazy about them, her favorite delicacy, but very high-calorie for her. In a large number of worms for dwarf hamsters it is impossible, as they are prone to diabetes. As for other rodents, I donโ€™t know exactly how much and how to give them. Of course, in addition to worms, these types of hamsters can be given boiled protein, low-fat cottage cheese, boiled breast, low-fat yogurt or sour cream, where there is a protein content, but worms remain a priority for our hamster. They are empty inside, all whole, and when Tomka takes the worm with her paws and starts to gnaw, there is such a crunch, as if she is eating chips. Initially, I was afraid to buy worms, due to the fact that not all rodents eat them. And this is due to the fact that breeders may not give them to small rodents, and a hamster, for example, simply will not know the taste of a worm, and therefore they may simply not eat them. But it's good that in our case the hamster eats this living creature with pleasure, but I'm glad! Pamper your little pets, I recommend! And, by the way, recently I began to order on wb, because, for example, in our stores it is 100 rubles more expensive, and the difference is noticeable.
