I'm the only one who eats poached eggs so I have two pans. Very well made, heavy steel, easy to use and clean. The cups are non-stick and oiled, boiled eggs slide out of them. Boil the water. Pop in the cups and set the timer for 4 minutes and you have two perfect poached eggs that slide right onto your toast. Whites are prepared with a well runny yolk. If desired, the main pan can be used as a frying pan or as a separate pan. There is a steam outlet on the lid so that nothing overcooks. I highly recommend it.
