I've been making my own coconut oil based chili oil for a few months now and bought this oil sprayer to spray kitchen surfaces with a mixture of chili oil and EVOO. I used the "pour some of each into the pan" method. Since using this sprayer I have been able to reduce the amount of oil I use by about 50%. A nice bonus is that I can adjust the ratio of the oils. So far it has worked flawlessly. I'm sure it will work just as well when used on oil and vinegar.
