Review on CHANNELLOCK T10X3 TORX Screwdriver: Precision Tool for Torx Fasteners by Nico Ramdeen

Hand Tool Screwdrivers

This is not what you need for knife maintenance. The best word I can think of to describe how these torx screws fit is sloppy. Lately I've been frustrated with channel blocking tools. I try to buy American made products whenever possible as long as they aren't insanely expensive and these aren't. They are actually quite cheap considering their competitors are charging. If you want to work with electronics, they will probably work just fine. On knives, torx screws are often very tight and even jam, so you need a proper torx bit or you risk ruining the screw and/or screwdriver. Also, keep in mind that not all torx screws are created equal, so these screwdrivers may be a perfect match for other torx screws. I'm just saying that they are not suitable for knives. They work, I've disassembled and assembled several knives with them. I have several knives with torx screws that are extremely tight and I don't risk messing them up with a loose fitting tool. I bought the Wera here at Revain and it fits perfectly and is the one I will be replacing with. I still keep them, they were cheap and might be good for other projects in the future. They definitely look better than most other brands, if that matters to anyone.
