Review on Sangean PS-300 Pillow Speaker: Enhanced Audio Experience with In-line Volume Control and Amplifier (White) by Marco Maurer

Very cheaply made and not strong enough to last more than a year. The biggest problem is the thin cord, which breaks easily, especially since it's usually twisted under the pillow. My cable barely lasted 6 months before it snapped. The actual wiring inside the white cable cover is so flimsy that it can't be repaired even if you wanted to. The second problem is that you don't hear the speaker very well when it's under the pillow. You will try every possible position to place the speaker so that you can hear it, all the while pulling, bending and straining the cable until it finally breaks. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you consider the product a one-time use.
