Can't complain about the price. I think these jumper cables will work great for what I need. I bought them because I don't like leaving the battery in my fish house for the winter if it stays on the lake. My goal is to leave the battery in the back of my truck or otter sled and quickly connect it directly to the house. I drilled a few holes and put bushings through the side of my fish house. I went to separate the wires and the plastic is pretty tough. The coating came off the wire in some places. I didn't have time to return or replace the item and since it was going to be hidden behind the wall anyway I just taped it shut and Shrink taped the bare spots shut. Hopefully with the harder plastic on the outside of the jumpers they will set in the way I want them to in the cold.
