I've read some reviews about it flexing with use. I don't understand how. This is a fairly thick metal construction that lends itself very well to removing the pushrod. I can only assume that someone misused it. Due to the pressure of the spring, you may want to wrap a small towel or something else around the handle. Unless you make a living fixing cars, your hands can get a little sore after pulling out the tappets. My girlfriend helped me - I lifted the seesaw and she removed/installed the pushers. The fit is perfect and makes it very easy to remove the pushrods. You don't want to unbolt the rocker arms as it's an aluminum head and the threads will most likely break if you either loosen the bolts or try to put them back in. If you make head gaskets or intake manifold gaskets, you need this tool.
