Made in China. Other product descriptions elsewhere on the internet have led me to believe this filter key is made in the USA. The product looks ok. I put a Purolator PBL12222 in it and it has some slop in it. This factor should not be a problem for such a low torque application. This can help accommodate a larger selection of filters. There were some tabs in the 3/8" socket that had to be pushed out when the socket was first installed. I see no reason why this wrench wouldn't last a lifetime. I was just disappointed that the country of manufacture wasn't listed in the description. I like supporting US industry.
