I love how easy it is to use and set up, and how well it integrates with Slack. We're able to get our support team on the same page quickly and easily. The ability to send out one-click emails or text messages is also a great feature. I wish there was an option to send inbound calls directly through ThriveDesk so we could see their responses in real time. It's been very helpful to have all of our employees working together from different locations. This has helped us keep track of our customers' requests and issues.
