We like the look of it very much and it is much easier to care for than the competition with a net. It holds many k cups. Even we avid coffee drinkers only refill it every 3-4 days. My only negative comments: 1 - The drawer is a little tight but to be honest I didn't think to oil the slides. Definitely not a deal breaker IMO 2 - Each row holds 6,000 cups, but I dare any normal adult to simply remove the last cup in the row. I find myself yanking on the drawer to push the mug forward just enough for my finger to reach. If the drawer had extended at least 1/2 inch more, this would not have been an issue. Overall we are happy with it and would definitely buy it again or give it away as an attractive and handy drink holder.
