INACTIVE pens! Internal parts are NOT included!

Although they are great, they are incomplete. They are sold as working but the insides are NOT included. The inner bar is an odd size and no matter how hard I try I can't find anything that fits. I set them to inactive. Bino must be really sincere. There are only 4 pictures in the instructions. No online help.
