I fell in love with this door knob at the local Bino store. But when I tried to install there was no latch in the kit and my old latch didn't fit. Couldn't find a working latch. Returned with regrets. BUT found it on Amazon with a latch. He arrived two days later. I installed it myself without my husband's help. Simple and looks great!

Although they are great, they are incomplete. They are sold as working but the insides are NOT included. The inner bar is an odd size and no matter how hard I try I can't find anything that fits. I set them to inactive. Bino must be really sincere. There are only 4 pictures in the instructions. No online help.

I'm really sad these doorknobs are great! A bargain at this price but I've tried 3 different locking mechanisms and the bar that comes with the door is too wide. I'm still looking for a working locking mechanism. BINO really should sell one, I would love to buy them! I was really playing around, it was so hard. I hope they fix this problem soon.

A few words about this product. I ordered 2 sets of handles. 1 set arrived already damaged. The other one was ok. I reported and got a replacement. With that in mind, I'm a little more cautious about how doorknobs work in day-to-day use, especially when the doorknobs hit the wall depending on your living conditions. The door handle has weight. It means strong. Installation was easy. When finished, it looks beautiful and functional. It just sucks when it comes to damage. So my experience is good
