About the size of a baseball, took 45 minutes to install, weld and paint. I attached the corners one by one; clogged the fit until I liked it and kissed the corner a little. I used: CK welt burner, 1/16 70S2 filler, 3/32 blue tungsten, argon, DCEN at 75 amps. The ascent begins with an argon arc welding machine for cargo transport in the port.
