EEEE Uno Starter Kit and Multi-Function Shield arrived right after I ordered. When I set it up and did several sketches to turn on the LEDs on the sign, one of them didn't light up. During diagnostics, I found that the non-working LED was installed on the board with the wrong polarity. I managed to fix it and now the LED lights up properly. The Uno board works 100% as it should and now the refurbished multifunction screen works too. I reported this to EEEE and customer service gave me a full refund. It's customer service that's "over and over". I am well aware that there are errors in production from time to time. HOW a company's customer service solves customer problems often speaks volumes about the quality of the company. EEEEE, and her answer to my question puts her on par with the best in class. I recommend the EEEEE Uno board and the Multifunction Shield products to anyone interested in them in the future.
