No customer service. Don't waste money!

Generator I bought this from Revain. I finally installed it and it had no output voltage. For a few days I've been trying to reach customer support via DB Electronics by phone. I finally tried to email them. Their response was that I bought it by throwing Revain away and they couldn't help me. 1 year warranty on my ass. Don't wait for your money.
