Review on IMUSA CAR 52010 Nonstick Carbon Handles by Tai Waldbillig

Bought 2 pieces. The first worked fine. I've used it to reheat flatbread, scrambled eggs, and grilled sandwiches. It cannot be used in high heat. It worked well until I tried seasoned fish fillets. The seasoning stuck to the surface even though I used cooking spray. I messed up the finish trying to remove the stuck spices. It was my fault that I had a high fever. I ordered a replacement because I enjoyed reheating the tortillas on it. I recommend keeping the heat on medium and sticking to things like tortillas, pancakes, grilled sandwiches. I wonder how many people who gave 1 star actually read the instructions. The instructions are clear, don't use high heat or immerse in hot water.
