It is strange! it works!

I warm up my flatbreads with this marvel of technology. As a Mexican, you know not to overheat a comal that you want to keep in good condition. However, my wife is a gringa. My combo burned out. But that's normal, because Mexicans know that tortillas reheated on burnt comals are tastier. I will remind you. just like comal and comales and never comaleTamal and tamales but never tamale.

Pros
  • also understandable for the old
Cons
  • some little things

Cheap tortilla pan not suitable for liquids like pancakes or eggs

I bought this because it was cheap so wasn't too disappointed to find out I really couldn't use it. It's not flat (high in the middle) so if you use it on top of a liquid (unlike flatbread) it will pool around the edges. b. It is so thin that it heats up the center very quickly and stays cool on the outside. (Even with a large burner I don't know how you would heat it evenly)

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different

Good for warming up flatbread

Bought 2 pieces. The first worked fine. I've used it to reheat flatbread, scrambled eggs, and grilled sandwiches. It cannot be used in high heat. It worked well until I tried seasoned fish fillets. The seasoning stuck to the surface even though I used cooking spray. I messed up the finish trying to remove the stuck spices. It was my fault that I had a high fever. I ordered a replacement because I enjoyed reheating the tortillas on it. I recommend keeping the heat on medium and sticking to…

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion
