My organization loves using Tracx - Great Product!!

The best part of this product is its ability to understand the customers' needs in real time. I like that there are many features available for me as an admin to make sure my clients receive what they need when they need it. Also, it's easy enough for new users to navigate through the site. Sometimes, some of our clients get confused with the layout or navigation so we have had to send them back to their account manager to help sort out any issues. A lot of times, the client will ask us why certain things don't work correctly but because we aren't familiar with how these systems function, we can't answer their questions. We use this product to keep track of all complaints received from our clients. It also allows us to provide feedback to those who submit the complaints. This has helped reduce repeat calls which was one of our biggest problems before.
