Review on microSHIFT MTB Triple 3x9 Speed Shift Levers TS70-9: Superior Shimano-Compatible Shifters for Mountain Bikes by Paul Weakland

Tldr: If you're here because you need it, don't think twice, they work as expected Bought when you put a 3x9 drivetrain drop bar tandem in converted to a flat bar configuration. I had to change the cables to longer ones. Good: - build quality - prices - indices meet expectations. Not perfect: - Replacing new cables requires some effort - Front derailleur did not stay on ring 2 when downshifting. I removed the shift indicator and after reinstalling it worked. Findings: 9-speed road and mountain road can be swapped. The DaVinchi tandem gearbox actually has the same indexing as the standard front ring. Don't forget the road and the mountains. Brake cables have different heads. (Does not apply to derailleurs) I installed them tonight and tuned the bike. With no load it shifts great. I will only update this review if I encounter any issues along the way.
