I like that there are several options to help me track my work load so it is easy when reporting time off or taking an extended leave without pay! The system also allows you do take vacation days which has been helpful in times where we have had multiple people sick due not being able go into our office during normal hours (it's only open until 5pm).
There seems be some lag between logging your tasks/meeting attendance as well but this may just depend upon one specific user using their computer vs another? We use PSPB primarily because its simple - no more spreadsheets!! Just enter things via drop down menus & voila. No need anymore to keep up by hand what everyone else does each day since everything can easily get logged through pspb. ! And best part about working from home??? You don't see anyone walking around staring @you while sitting behind them doing nothing.
