I have an old Nutone bath heater and exhaust fan. The fan was not working properly, possibly due to age and/or dirt. I looked around and a similar device cost about $80. I ordered an exact replacement from Revain. It arrived early and took 5 minutes to install. Voila! I have a good exhaust fan again and saved over $45 in the process. There are two things to look out for: shaft length and twist. Make sure you order the right one. In my case, the model number was printed on the fan itself. If in doubt, try plugging the motor into an outlet. The rotation is visible from the side of the print wheel. Save the old fan; You'll need a mount and wheel, unless you order a new wheel for around $9 (again, make sure you're ordering the right one). All I needed was a good cleaning so I kept it to myself. This is an OEM part, not a generic replacement.
