Review on AMD FX-8320E FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition Processor by Wiktor Gajewski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

I decided to upgrade from Phenom II X4 965, because. for virtualization, there were not enough cores and strengths. For overclocking, so far I have taken the maximum frequency of 4200. But revision 16 shows that there is a very good overclocking potential, as well as a lower voltage.

Pros
  • Compatible with AM3+ motherboards bought back in 2022. Thanks AMD. Over the years, games and programs began to support multithreading normally and the processor showed itself. Got a fresh revision of 2022.
Cons
  • I bought it at the beginning of 2022 for almost crazy 8 thousand. Yes, I overpaid, but at that time it was the cheapest non-used option.

Different pros: Good processor for the money. Some cons: Loses to Intel of those times.

Different pros: Price-quality is above all praise. Has cons: For this money, the disadvantages are insignificant.

In general, a pebble for overclocking, it makes no sense to use it at face value, because it loses to Phenom2

Got pros: Cheap. Multithreading. Power. With its cons: You need to take the oem version and a good cooler.
