I was a bit hesitant to buy this spiralizer because some of the reviews weren't great and I wasn't sure I would use it. I've had it for a few months now and I really love it. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. My 11 year old son who loves to cook also uses it all the time. It has made it much easier to eat healthy. We make zucchini noodles all the time and the boys always make sweet potatoes and regular fries. We just put them in a bag with olive oil and any spices we like and then bake them in the oven. We peel and slice apples for crustless apple pies and snacks. We also cut potatoes to cook in foil with various ingredients on the grill or over the fire. It has become one of the most used tools in the kitchen. One note is that it "wastes" about a quarter inch of the end of your machine attached piece. We cut our zucchini in half without cutting off the ends, leaving the stem and the end you would cut off.
