I like that it has an integrated billing system, so my insurance is linked to one account for all of our providers which makes things much easier! It seems easy enought but some features are difficult or not intuitive at first glance (like how you can mark certain items as "complete" in order to submit them).
Also there's no way through this portal from within care tower itself - if we need something done by a provider outside their normal working hours then they have to send us out via email/phone call etc. There really needs to be more integration with external services such as Google Drive / Dropbox / Zendesk tickets / Slack notifications to make managing your workflow even smoother than just using paper documents & spreadsheets!! We're able to keep track easily now because everything gets entered into 1 place online instead of having several different sources where paperwork would normally go before being uploaded somewhere else again! This saves time both internally AND externally since everyone only.
