Extended arm is difficult to use

I like to fact that the brush end can swivle to different positions and lock into place. It has the ability to extend the arm for tough to reach areas however, locking the arm in the extended position is hit or miss. Seems a little flimsy when in the extended position but hasn't broken yet.

Brush cleared my car very easily!!!

Cons

The description says the device extends to be longer would be my thought, well it doesn’t.
