Review on 🚲 Swagman Deluxe Bike Rack - RV Approved and Fits Around Spare Tires by Sam Anez

We bought this for a bike rack in the back of the Winnebago last year. All studies have shown this to work and have been approved by RV. We used it for the first time last month with a 24" kid's mountain bike and an adult bike (mountain bike tires didn't fit so we had to use a different adult bike). It was difficult to set up. The mainstay is the bumper. We stood side by side so it was our test. The bikes bounced despite the harness and the bumper became a problem. Obviously, many owners have issues with luggage racks that use a bumper. He rips off the bumper! The bumper is designed to accommodate a spare tire, not to add more than 70 pounds. The box itself states that the bumper must have a continuous seam. I found this out afterwards. Very disappointing. Check the bumper welds. Check trailer bumper specifications. And you can get all information. "RV Approved" doesn't work for us!
