The team was incredibly helpful in understanding our business needs from start-up through growth stage businesses over 15 years or so working with them now! They were also amazing at providing guidance as we transitioned along throughout that process -- especially during their first few months when things weren't fully developed (such transition is normal). Nothing specific but would say they provide excellent leadership for your organization going forward into this time of uncertainty/changeover due more recently announced COVID situation affecting many small companies like ours around us world wide - not just Canada either!! The ability to have all of our data in one place is great! It's easy for me to pull up any information I need from anywhere at anytime. There are some things that could be improved such as being able to filter by departments or users. Also it would be nice if you were given more detail about what each report does so you can become familiar with them before using them. We use this software daily and its very helpful when we don't know who has access to which piece of information.
