Review on Counter 🌳 Snap OBerry Wood Flooring by Kirt Phillips

I've installed about a dozen of these so far and they do a really good job on the squeak, or at least reduce it to very little. I was very annoyed by several spots in our kitchen that creaked very loudly. It only took about half an hour for them both to settle down A LOT to the point where even I was satisfied. We're in the process of renovating our floors, so I'll probably lay a few more elsewhere before they're sanded and polished. The only thing I noticed is a couple of screws in the holes. We have a 3/4" solid oak floor over an OSB or chipboard subfloor. I torque the screws in as quickly as possible to specification so they can be manually snapped off along with the unit. I will try to fit a Drill a smaller pilot hole and see if that helps. But again, these screws do the job and quieten the area of the floor. I don't think you'll ever get a perfectly quiet wooden floor, but these screws will get you a decent one in troublesome spots Achieve noise level I'm pretty picky and I'm happy with them.
