Wired remote works but wireless doesn't work. The LED didn't even blink. If I manage to swap out the remote, I'll change my rating. Update: Turns out there's a magical way to turn on the wireless remote (hold both buttons down until the red LED lights up). Unfortunately, the documentation I received doesn't even mention the wireless remote control, so doesn't tell you how to turn it on! I added 1 star, but that's a pretty serious doc error.
