Arrived on time, as described. I used them to swap El Cheapo tires with cracked plastic hubs (and no bearings) through an old one Replacing U-Haul handcarts. They have metal hubs with ball bearings, much better. It's only a matter of time before the bearings break in. They seem very durable and can probably handle more weight than the 88lbs / 40kg that are on printed on the UPC label on the hub.
