I bought these for an old Radio Flyer van that I was restoring. I thought I would go white but they sent me red ones. I decided to keep them and they look cool. Looks like good solid wheels.

I called Shepherd Hardware to ask some technical questions about measurements. They did everything for the service. The nicest people. The Shepherd 9594 wheels were perfect for my needs. I highly recommend them.

Arrived on time as described. I used them to fit El Cheapo tires with cracked plastic hubs (and no bearings) on an old U-Haul -Replace handcarts. They have metal hubs with ball bearings, much better. The only possible downside is that these tires don't spin very freely; maybe it's just a matter of time before the bearings fail. They seem very strong and can likely carry more weight than the 40kg printed on the UPC label on the hub.
