Great but does not withstand aggressive chewer

I think the rope toys are cute and a great idea. However, our now 6 month old puppy chews them and pulls the rope part that is tucked in as the final knotting off out so it is like dental floss. I am afraid he will choke on the strings that are hanging loose once he is able to pull the ends out that are tucked up in. I tried tying the ends back together and cutting them off. Neither work. Our puppy continues to pull pieces out. So after trying 2 toys, we are going to have to give the rest to another less aggressive dog.I would not recommend them for aggressive chewers.

Our Golden loves these toys. He picks one to play with, then goes back to the toy box to grab a different one. They are rope, so they are much harder for him to shred.
