Update 09/24:Contacted Fortessa again and they are sending replacement for free. So they do stand behind the quality, changing review to 5 stars.Original review:Unfortunately, there is no warranty on this expensive set. I purchased brushed gold finish and in about 2 months of light use some items from the set started to discolor and loose the gold finish. I contacted Fortessa, they said ebay handles the warranty, and will either replace at no cost or issue full refund. I contacted ebay and they said they are not handling warranty and they can only accept return for a restocking fee as an exception. I don't know who is not telling the truth here.So I am left with the expensive but discolored flatware which does not look that fancy anymore. Hoped the high price warrants the quality. Would advice to purchase from another manufacturer who stands behind the quality of their product.
