It works. and he is red. I thought WIX 57341 would be a better match

I bought and installed both this filter and the WIX filter - 57341. No doubt I like red better - that's it. Both orders come with a filter and rubber o-ring. I don't have the tools to measure filter quality over time, but during installation I can tell you the amount of free fiber on the K&N that looks like the one above, plus the plastic tabs on one end. designed to hold the filter in place look much thinner and have a more fragile grip than the Wix filter. So based on my experience during the install, WIX is the route I will take next to determine that this K&N filter is indeed a decent and inexpensive option.
