Review on 🔬 Enhancing Dimensional Accuracy in Filament Printing Filaments by Alan Singh

There seem to be two types of promising filament companies. There are companies that try to cheat their way to success by buying good reviews with promises of free filament, yet offering mediocre products that don't work well. In addition, there are companies that place high demands on their product and use word of mouth as the driving force behind their rise in popularity. I'll let you decide which of these two types of sellers I consider 3Dbaba to be. Wait I bought this thread because my favorite thread is jacking up their prices. I wanted to try other available threads. I wasn't really expecting much because a cheap filament should be... well... cheap. Poor packaging, no instructions on what temperatures to use, dry or wet floss on arrival, tension...all of that. As long as it printed and didn't clog my nozzle, I could probably get everything else to work. Reality My first print was a vase (pictured below) and I was blown away! It was absolutely flawless. I couldn't even find the level lines. I ran my finger over it and the surface was too smooth to even see the layers. And the color... this thread was AMAZING. I'm not actually the biggest fan of blue, but this material was just the perfect color. Not too hot...not too cold...just right. I'm almost embarrassed to paint any of this over it, but it wouldn't make much sense to have a blue T-Rex skeleton, would it? But getting back to the point, I was convinced that the vase was just a coincidence. , so I moved on to the second imprint, which was a T. rex skull. Again...great threadless print, minimal layer lines, and even solid color. Frequently colored threads are unevenly colored throughout the print with entire layers appearing darker or lighter than the rest. I could not find anything of the sort on these prints. It prints well within the temperature range specified on the spool. The roll was well packaged and sealed. The filament was perfectly hydrated, so flexible, but not rubbery or what I call gassy (which caused crackling at the hot end). By the end of the 3rd print I was convinced this might be the best filament I have ever had. boo Conclusion This company is interested in your business and willing to offer you better quality yarn at lower price to get it. I'm very impressed with this thread. Try as I might, I couldn't find any downsides to this thread. Things that usually bother me with new threads were missing from this thread. The temperatures printed on the filament are the ideal range. I ran at around 190, which is in the middle of the recommended range. It stuck well to my PEI bed with no extra glue and came off very easily once the bed cooled. There was no evidence of clogging during the three prints I made. The filament was packaged well and printed consistently well. The thread is well wound, without knots and overlaps. He didn't produce threads. I myself will try other threads from this manufacturer and strongly recommend supporting this company by trying their product. Happy printing everyone.
