Review on 🔐 BRINKS 171-30051 Solid Brass Combination Padlock - Resettable, 30 mm by Marcus Chavva

As a product, I am sure that everything is fine. But I can't tell. I bought a "Used - Very Good" padlock and upon looking at the box I immediately realized I had screwed it up: the padlock was not set to 0000. Tried to see if the combination reset to 0000 but it didn't so she sold me a useless lock. For those who need to clarify, I was sold a lock with an unknown combination. I don't think you should buy used from Brinks. Extremely disappointed with such a simple and obvious mistake rendering their entire product unusable for the customer. Since I can't really use the product, I have to give 0/5 stars. I hate it because I'm sure it's a good lock, but it's okay.
