After reading the reviews I wasn't sure about these fasteners as many people have problems or concerns. They turned out to be stronger than I expected and that's exactly what I wanted to give my project a "farmhouse" look. I will say this about the installation. Adhesion. I assembled them myself using a drill, screwdriver and clamp. The first one took me a little longer, but I completed all four in under 20 minutes. It only took so long because I was trying to make sure they didn't get stuck when I opened them. They are used in kennels that open and close many times a day and I am very happy with their performance. They definitely make the piece of furniture we made fantastic!
