1) Pozidrive on these screws is terrible. Neither the thick nozzle that comes with it nor the regular Phillips nozzle can drive these screws. I use pine almost exclusively and they are still sheathed in softwood. This disc is a mystery to me, it's just the worst. 2) These screws are designed not to be removable. Not a single screw comes loose in the wood if it is screwed in all the way. They tend to bury their heads quickly and deeply; then they are almost impossible to dial with Pozidrive. If you're ever going to take something apart, you don't want to deal with it. Also try a square drive if you have this problem, it's often the only way to remove them. I buy 2" and longer screws for a thousand and wholeheartedly recommend the Torx drive (Star).
